We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a thriving SME located in Woodbridge.

Responsibilities:

As the Finance Manager, you will…

* Working closely with the finance director and the SLT, providing monthly analysis against company performance targets

* Managing the half-year and year-end annual accounts process including the completion of any audit requirements

* Working with external group auditors

* Developing business processes and accounting policies

* Processing and managing monthly payroll, including pension payments

* Processing and managing quarterly VAT returns

* Preparation of annual budgets for departments

Requirements:

As the Finance Manager, you will need…

* Proficiency in analysing P&L statements and company accounts, having a strong grasp of the factors influencing profitability and cost management.

* Expertise in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, coordinating with other leaders to prioritise expenses.

* Proven examples of implementing new systems and strategies.

* ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified
