Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking Multi Traders to join a large social housing contractor team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be working in both void and tenanted social housing properties based in Southend-On-Sea, ensuring the refurbishment tasks are carried out to a high standard.
The requirements for this role mean you have to be skilled in 2 or more of the following trades:
* Plastering
* Painting and decorating
* Plumbing
* Carpentry
* Tiling
