About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a team based in Leicestershire. This is not an entry-level position—you must have previous experience working on the phone in an office environment. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

* Resolving customer queries and complaints with confidence and empathy

* Providing accurate information and support on products and services

* Updating customer records and logging interactions in the CRM system

* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service role within an office environment

* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner

* Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction

* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
