Inside Sales Executive - Logistics
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Bedford

Are you a confident and articulate sales professional with logistics experience? We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our clients team in Bedford!

The Role:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth through:

Spot quotations & pricing negotiations
Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion rates
Cold calling & building new client relationships
Managing & developing a pipeline of prospects
Providing excellent customer service to secure repeat business
Liaise with operators to identify spare trailer spaceWhat We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight sales
Freight forwarding knowledge is desirable and experience working in a similar environment.
Cold sales and telesales experience is essential
Using initiative to negotiate rates
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, target-driven mind set
The ability to confidently engage with clients over the phoneWhat's in It for You?
