We are seeking an Estate Agent Sales Valuer to join our market leading client, with a driven and friendly team of property professionals in Haverhill, specializing in Residential Sales.

Duties to Include:

* Visiting clients' properties to conduct valuations

* Preparing photographs and sales particulars

* Providing timely feedback to clients

* Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions

* Collaborating with the team to value and list properties

* Providing a welcoming and first-class service to clients

Experience/Skills Required:

* Previous experience in a Valuer role within an Estate Agency

* Ability to work independently, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

* Ability to manage a varied, busy, and rewarding role, organizing workload to meet multiple deadlines

* Self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team

* Proficient IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing new technology

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Own vehicle insured for business use

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturdays (on a rota basis)

9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a day off in lieu)

Benefits:

23 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service) Contributory Pension

OTE - £35,000 - £38,000
