Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

Designing and implementing operational strategies and CI frameworks

*

Driving lean methodologies across processes and systems

*

Managing cross-functional teams and leading process optimization projects

*

Collaborating internationally to align and share best practices

*

Mentoring and coaching team members and stakeholders in OE principles

Skills & Experience:

*

Extensive experience in Operational Excellence within manufacturing/high-tech sectors

*

Proven success managing enterprise-level change and CI projects

*

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification (preferred)

*

Expertise in tools like DMAIC, Kaizen, A3, 5S, Value Stream Mapping

*

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

*

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
