Finance Director | Fast Growth SME Agency | London

The Company:

Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established, fast growth Marketing Agency based in London. The working environment is collaborative and full of dynamic, ambitious people. The business has been going for over 20 years and have an excellent foundation in place from a finance perspective, a series of well renowned clients and fantastic growth forecasts.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Director who has a keen interest in growing SMEs, has a hands-on attitude, experience in professional services and someone who can act as a trusted business partner. The company has a headcount of around 75 people and are currently £15mill revenue. The agency sits under one of the most successful groups in the UK, however you will enjoy autonomy in the role and will have ultimate say over commercial decisions.

Harmonic have placed several people across the group and can say with some confidence that they offer fantastic progression opportunities, an excellent work/life balance the culture has a great balance between informality and ambition. This role has the option to be remote, with travel to their London office 1-2 times a month.

The Role:

• Manage the team of 4, ensuring they have development and progression opportunities
• Producing monthly and year end reports as well as oversight of management accounts
• Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board
• Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll
• Managing the P&L and balance sheet
• Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilisation
• Implementing a robust financial infrastructure
• Leading the growth strategy and advising around acquisitions

What we need to see (essential):

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE
• Experience in professional services sectors
• Proactive and good communication skills

Salary:

• £120,000 - £150,000 + bonus
