About Our Client:
Our client is searching for a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in B2C design, ideally in apps that serve a large user base.Operating in a fast-growing sector, our client empowers users and creators alike through a platform that drives user engagement with innovative technology.This is a remote UX/UI Designer role (within +2h GMT), ideal for a self-driven and creative professional who can deliver exceptional user experiences independently.
What You'll Do:
- Design intuitive, engaging, and innovative user interfaces (UI) that enhance the user experience (UX) across a platform with millions of users.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Translate complex concepts into clear wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams using Figma as your primary design tool.
- Ensure a consistent and visually appealing design across all products and platforms.
- Conduct and interpret user research, turning insights into actionable design improvements.
- Make data-driven design decisions while balancing creativity and user-centred design principles.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a focus on B2C apps that involve user engagement, social elements, or AI-driven interactions.
- Demonstrable experience working with large user base apps, such as those in the tech, social, or entertainment industries (e.g. dating apps, ride-sharing platforms, streaming services).
- Proficiency with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.
- Strong user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) skills, balancing detailed design with creativity.
- Autonomous and proactive, able to manage your workload and communicate effectively in a fully remote work environment.
- Must be located within 2 hours of the UK timezone to ensure smooth collaboration and team engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
Nice to Have:
- An understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with development teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques, particularly in relation to content creation or user interaction.
