Facilities Maintenance Operative

Location: Cambridge

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm - 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: Up To £37,000 Per Annum

Many College events and social events.Duties Of This Role Include:

Completing reactive maintenance across the facility - Including Office spaces, student accommodation, and halls.
We are seeking somebody with an electrical bias
Assisting and overseeing an apprentice who is 1 year into their course.
Fixing broken lightbulbs
Repairing minor plumbing.
Tools, PPE and a Van are provided
There is external venues and properties which you will be required to attend to.What we're looking for in you:

Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong electrical background.
Qualified electrician.
Self-motivated and willingness to learn.
