We are looking for a General Manager to lead a project focused on opening a Mexican food pop-up in London!

The Mexican food scene is rapidly growing in London, and we are in the process of opening a Mexican food pop-up with plans to open a full-time restaurant within the next 8 months. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in hospitality), 3-5 years of experience, and knowledge of Mexican cuisine.

You will:

- Help us choose the ideal pop-up locations to open the restaurant
- Lead the day-to-day kitchen and pop-up administration
- Lead the pop-up launch in partnership with a marketing team
- Help us source the right equipment and initial food inventory
- Partner with the head chef to bring the culinary vision to life
