Page Personnel are working with a brilliant Chester based business who are seeking a Sales Support Administrator with a passion for driving the success of key sales campaigns through analysing and reporting on lead generation quality.

Description

The successful Sales Support Administrator:

  • Provide day to day support to regional field sales teams, account managers and operations managers
  • Coordinating weekly commissions process while assessing quality of lead conversions
  • Questioning and understanding sales data, ensuring data balances between suppliers and customers
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement, including trend analysis to contribute to profitability
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics and present to management.
  • Manage and coordinate with different departments for quality assurance.

Profile

The successful Sales Support Administrator should have:

  • A strong understanding of the lead generation process, ideally in a B2C setting
  • High level of Excel skills, including the use of V-look ups
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Account management or client management skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
