BIM Co-ordinator / Senior BIM Co-ordinator
Location: Site-based (London White City)
Sector: Residential / Commercial
Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

My client a leading MEP contractor, who specialise in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the UK. Currently seeking a BIM Co-ordinator / Senior BIM Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team at the cutting edge of digital construction.

What You'll Do:
🔹 Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
🔹 Develop drawings and sketches to support resolution of design challenges
🔹 Create M&E and Public Health drawings in line with company standards and protocols
🔹 Liaise with project teams to transform consultant design drawings through to construction issue and As-Built stages
🔹 Incorporate Technical Submittal information into the Revit model
🔹 Provide practical, timely, and cost-effective solutions to site coordination issues
🔹 Attend coordination meetings with architects, consultants, and trades to resolve clashes within the federated model
🔹 Support the project delivery through RIBA Stages 5 & 6

About You:
✔ Experienced in BIM coordination, ideally within the MEP sector
✔ Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
✔ Familiar with site-based work and resolving real-time design issues
✔ Strong understanding of BIM workflows and technical standards
✔ Collaborative and solutions-focused approach
