We're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to lead our tendering and project delivery functions. Your expertise will guide the cost management of pre-construction and post-contract projects, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value to our partners while transforming lives through innovative housing solutions.

Job Role

* Drive tendering strategies and cost management, from estimating to subcontract negotiations.

* Lead procurement processes and manage the supply chain for seamless project execution.

* Develop and manage commercial reports, client valuations, and risk registers.

* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

* Foster continuous improvement within our projects and uphold our commitment to sustainability and community wealth.

Experience

* 3-5 years' experience in Estimating and Quantity Surveying, ideally with a main contractor.

* A passion for residential contracting, strong negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

* Experience with B Corporation principles is a plus but not essential.

* Personable, relationship-driven, and detail-oriented.
