We are recruiting an experienced financial adviser to join a well-established firm on an employed contract. Offering both full or part time positions. With an uncapped commission structure, full admin and paraplanning support and individual career progression tracks you will be fully supported to provide exceptional advice.

Brining your experience, knowledge and attention to detail you will work alongside administrators, paraplanners and advisers alike to deliver excellent client outcomes. Key Responsibilities as a Financial Advisor:

• Provide high quality financial advice and implementation in line with company standards.
• Work in conjunction with the admin and paraplanning team.
• Prospecting new clients to grow your referrals and new business.
• Carry out CPD to maintain relevant and up to date skills and knowledge.

Requirement Skills & Qualifications for a Financial Advisor:

• Must hold a DipFA or equivalent Level 4 qualification for financial advice.
• Minimum 2 years advising experience.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.

Benefits for a Financial Advisor:

• Basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus commission on all bankings.
