We are a vibrant, inclusive secondary school in Redbridge seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team this September.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teaching staff across various subjects and year groups

Provide one-to-one or small group interventions to help students meet their learning goals

Assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and academic mentoring

Work with students with diverse needs, including SEN and EAL pupils

Be an integral part of the school's pastoral and academic support system

Ideal Candidate:

A recent graduate (2:2 or above) - all degree subjects considered

Passionate about education and supporting young people

Patient, adaptable, and eager to learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Some experience working with children or young people (desirable, not essential)

Considering a career in teaching or education
