We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for Business Development Manager based in and around the Bristol/ Bath areas.

Day to Day:

Working with a contractor who delivers public sector repairs and maintenance contracts across the South West.

The role is to develop and pursue new and existing business opportunities
Develop strategic growth plans
Creating proposals and negotiating contracts as part of a wider team
Experience of developing a social housing maintenance and construction business
Experience of working in the public sector e.g. healthcare, MOD, social housing
Analyse market trends, researching and generating leads
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Contractor business development experience
Experience of managing a small team
Excellent communication skills
Public sector framework and contract knowledge
Educated to a suitable level
IT Literate
Full UK driving licence
