Salary: £30,000- 38,000 dependent on experience

I am actively seeking a passionate Architectural Technician to join a highly successful Architectural Practice in Warwick. This well establish practice have earnt themselves an excellent reputation for their creative and technically expert designs across a range of sectors. Their talented team of technicians, Architects and designers work on a number of significant projects such as high-end hotels, commercial, education and conservation.

The successful Architectural Technician will have a few years of post-qualification experience, with excellent technical drawings and experience using Vectorworks.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

A HND /HNC or degree in Architectural technology or similar
A few years of post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
Working towards Chartership (CIAT member)
Strong technical abilities
Job running experience is beneficial
Experience using Vectorworks
Experience in a mix of sectors preferably hospitality, workplace or education
Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
Ability to produce high quality detailed technical drawings
Help to manage the emergent technical team members
Live locally to Warwick
