Reconciling supplier statements

Identify and resolve queries so invoices are ready for payment

Processing payments to suppliers

Making ad hoc payments as instructed

Creating new suppliers and maintaining supplier records

Responding to supplier queries and monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Helping with audits where needed

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:Experience of purchase ledger - 6 months minimum
