JOB ROLE: Document Controller / Quality Assurance Administrator

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000

Job Purpose

Site Based Document Controller

To provide support and aid the successful delivery of the allocated scheme(s) whilst maintaining the highest possible standards and relationship with Clients

Collate, input and keep up to date Viewpoint (CDE), R Drive, Smart Waste, Work Wallet on a daily basis


· Ensuring all project documentation follows company standards, stays maintained and accurate


· Ensure all documentation is available to client team, consultants, subcontractors and our internal team.


· QA approving documents are in the correct workflow and file naming conventions are correct


· Uploading, editing, printing and distributing drawings, specifications and reports


· Viewpoint skills


· R Drive skills


· Work Wallet Skills


· Typing skills


· Knowledge of team member's roles and responsibilities and assist where required.

Be the first point of contact for visitors to the site or office and telephone calls (as required)
