Customer Support Advisor£22,369.65 per annum + bonusLeeds, hybrid workingWe're recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for a financial organisation who can offer fantastic progression and development. This business has grown over the past 20 years to over 400 staff and they really invest in their people, with fully funded financial qualifications and ongoing support. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week from home. What's in it for you - 

• Progression path and regular salary reviews up to £30k
• Up to 35% bonus £40k OTE
• Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week from home

• 37.5 hours per week - will include 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-5pm

What we're looking for -

• Experience in customer service or sales - this can be from bar work, retail, call centre, office or similar
• Someone who is empathetic and does the right thing for customers
• Excellent communication skills, someone who is professional and patient
• Someone who wants to increase their basic salary and earn bonus

What you'll be doing -

• Taking inbound calls and following up enquiries from their website
• Fact find and establish a customer need
• Recommend products and talk customers through benefits
• Take customer details and refer to the finance team for next steps
