Our client, a leading rehabilitation centre in Milton Keynes, is searching for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injuries (ABI/TBI) as they rebuild their lives. About You: Essential RequirementsQualifications: Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registered.
Skills & Knowledge: Strong foundation in OT assessments, care planning, and interventions; familiarity with key OT models and outcome measures.
Professional Standards: Awareness of clinical governance, risk, and health and safety regulations.
Educator Training: Interest in developing as a practice placement educator.
Professional Memberships: RCOT and Specialist Section Neurological Practice (SSNP) membership. (Desirable)

About The Role: Clinical Practice - Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based techniques, both standardized and non-standardized, tailored to each service user's unique needs.
- Formulate, implement, and review individualized rehabilitation plans, targeting personal goals for each individual's functional recovery.
- Delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring treatment programs are carried out effectively and adapted based on ongoing evaluation.
- Regularly perform risk assessments, updating and communicating findings to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Leadership & Development - Manage your own caseload, prioritizing care based on complexity and clinical needs, while receiving guidance from a senior OT.
- Contribute to clinical governance initiatives and quality improvements across the organization.
- Actively represent the occupational therapy profession and collaborate with other healthcare partners to drive excellence in service delivery.
