Project Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Were seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our client and work as part of a fantastic team supporting the day-to-day delivery of their flagship residential development. This prestigious project features High-spec houses, duplexes, and apartments.

Location:

Based in London (SE1).
Regular site visits to Dublin each month and as required - travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day commercial aspects of the project and report into the Commercial Manager.
Undertaking budgeting, forecasting, and procurement, from tender to final account.
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver this high-profile scheme successfully.
