Annual Salary: £35k plus benefits

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Key responsibilities:

* Install, commission, service, and repair equipment at customer sites.

* Conduct site surveys for new and existing installations.

* Provide timely feedback on quality issues and sales opportunities.

* Deliver technical support to customers and colleagues as needed.

* Adhere to all relevant quality and health & safety standards.

* Maintain accurate and prompt reporting of work carried out.

* Represent the company professionally, promoting products and services where appropriate.

* Extensive travel within the UK and occasionally may be asked to travel outside the UK.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

* Valid Health & Safety certifications.

* Relevant customer accreditations (e.g. UKPN, National Grid, London Underground).

Skills and Attributes

* Strong electrical/electronic fault-finding abilities.

* Electromechanical installation experience.

* Physically fit for manual handling.

* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

* Clear, concise, and timely communication/reporting.
