Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience required for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Extensive post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Lead and manage the technical delivery of projects from concept to completion
Produce detailed design packages and technical drawings using Revit
Work closely with architects, designers, and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, codes, and industry standards
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
