Front of House – up to £30k – Central London – Leading Investment Firm – Great Benefits – Full time in office – Start ASAP A leading Investment firm are seeking a pro-active and personable front of house, to join their team within slick and open plan offices in the heart of central London. With a European presence and a passion for dedication and professionalism, this will be the perfect opportunity for a novice seeking an entry level position – a keen interest in this field would be a bonus!
What you’ll do-You will be the sole front of house support in the office – Partners and Managing Director’s included. Day-to-day responsibilities are very varied, therefore multi-tasking is certainly key. Duties include (not all):
- General Front of House responsibilities
- Client hospitality (i.e., offering refreshments, showing guests to meeting rooms, etc).
- Receiving company phone calls.
- Meeting room management and small level of office
- Health and safety compliance
- Administrative support with internal and external accounts
- Vendor coordination
- Ad-hoc administrative support to the office manager
Who you are –Ideally a front of house with some hospitality or work experience. Confidence is key in this role as you will be liaising with clients daily. Being a team player, with a positive and high energy outlook is a must!
