Basic from £25k to £40k plus 12.5% commission

I’m looking on behalf of my highly successful client who are true pros within the Education market.

They need someone experienced within Education recruitment who can hit the ground running. You will come into a warm desk meaning you have business to build on plus a lot of support.

The sector would be Primary & SEND.

Consultants’ salary varies from £25k - £40K depending on experience.

We do have an account managing option where there is less pressure on developing new BD but commission would be 6.25%.

The hours are 7.15am - 4.15pm with 2 nights a week being until 5pm. Any good consultant would need to understand this is around business needs etc.

WFH every Wednesday, hours in school holiday is 10am - 3pm and 10am - 1pm on a Friday. 30 days holiday plus bank holiday.
