A foreword thinking, civil engineering and highways contractor are recruiting a Senior Site Supervisor to plan and deliver local authority projects up to £1m. The business offers long term local work in Oxfordshire as well as the opportunity to progress with other business units on National Highways and private sector projects.

The local schemes will include footpath upgrades, reconfiguring road layouts, bridge maintenance, drainage, surfacing and more. You will take ownership of your projects by managing costs, quality and programme whilst maintaining a positive relationship with the client.

Duties will include:

* Managing risk assessments and method statements

* Manage a team of 7 supervisors, day to day as well as yearly PDR's

* Overall responsibility of health and safety

* Review and monitor costs of projects.

* Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme
