Job Title: Operations Executive / Operations Associate

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly organized and computer-literate Operations Executive or Operations Associate to support their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is eager to take on a variety of responsibilities crucial to the smooth operation of the company. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient workspace.
* Parts Ordering: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing and ordering parts necessary for projects.
* Documentation Preparation: Assist in preparing comprehensive documentation for grant applications and create engaging presentations for investors and stakeholders.
* Meeting Support: Take detailed notes during meetings and provide general PA support to the executive team.
* Project Management: Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and projects are delivered on time.
* Grant Research and Application: Identify and apply for relevant grants for hardware technology projects, with successful grant writing experience being a significant advantage. Knowledge of the EU Horizon scheme would be ideal.
Qualifications:
* Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or project coordination is desirable.
* A Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Experience with SCRUM is desirable, and sponsorship for a SCRUM Master qualification could be provided for the right candidate.
