Senior Site Manager

* Permanent: up to £77,000 + Package

We are currently searching for a Senior Site Manager to join one of the UK's busiest construction companies. This company specialises in the residential sector.

As Senior Site Manager you will responsible for the day-to-day site operation, reporting to a Project Manager.

The role:

* Project Planning & Management: Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets.

* Site Supervision: Monitor daily site operations and supervise workers and subcontractors.

* Health & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.

* Quality Control: Maintain construction quality standards through regular inspections.

* Budget Management: Track expenses and manage the project budget effectively.

* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the construction team.

* Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers; provide progress reports.

* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks on-site.

* Problem Solving: Address and resolve construction challenges and issues promptly.

Experience required:

* Previous experience as a Site/Senior Site Manager with a main contractor essential.

* Strong knowledge of all build stages from Groundworks through to handover.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Essential
