Business Development Manager - Recruitment Agency - York

Basic Salary 35-45 Dependent on experience (80k OTE Y1, 120K Year 2) Car / Or car allowance

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for a specialist boutique search and selection Construction recruitment agency in the heart of York. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and PSL clients, managing hiring manager relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have technical recruitment experience in sectors Construction, Engineering, Property etc, preferably within a recruitment agency. Strong organizational, proactive, client relationship, and business development skills are essential.

Please note the role is a mix of office and field based.
