My client based in Borehamwood is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor/Trainer to join the team Warehouse team.  This is a brilliant position which you can make your own and lead providing necessary Warehouse training to Operatives as required.  You will also cover as Warehouse Supervisor.  This a key position within the team.The Role:

• 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
• Salary £30k-£33k (Subject to experience) plus £2k out of hours shift allowance (for 1 week in 7 very few call outs annually)
• KPI linked bonus £1700 per year
• Implementing training for all warehouse staff
• Making sure all warehouse staff are up to date with their training
• Creating new training plans
• Making sure H&S and compliance is up to date
• Deputising for Warehouse Supervisor when needed (occasional)

This is a great role for an experienced Warehouse candidate looking for a position where they can utilise skills and knowledge to enhance the team.Requirements

• Previous warehouse supervisor/team lead or management experience
• Keen to train others
• Good communication skills
• FLT REACH TRUCK experience
• Ideally a background in PHARMA / FOOD or Manufacturing
