My client is seeking dynamic, commercially minded Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their London office. The role offers 3 days of remote working per week and flex-hours.

Your experience will include:
• All aspects of enfranchisement
• Experience in preparing applications to the first-tier property tribunal
• Experience attending tribunal and the County Court on all issues related to claims made under the 1993 Act.
• Some experience in Right to Manage claims as well as service charge disputes and general property management would be an advantage:
• Experience in dealing with volume applications would be an advantage.
• You will be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in business development and marketing.
