Key Responsibilities:

* Design Creation & Adaptation: Produce high-quality graphic designs that align with customer briefs, including adapting existing artwork for various applications.

* Collaborative Working: Partner with the sales and customer experience teams to understand client needs and ensure designs for packaging, labels, POS materials, and more are on brand and meet specifications.

* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside the Creative Director to maintain consistency in branding across all projects, ensuring a cohesive vision and approach.

* Concept Development: Create draft design concepts for client presentations and meetings, ensuring these concepts meet customer expectations.

* Project Management: Manage the workflow of design projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Client Interaction: Present final design concepts, including font choices, imagery, layouts, and other specifications, to customers for approval.

About You:

* Expert Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.
