Carpenter Multi required - domestic property repairs.

Brief overview of Responsibilities:

Undertaking response maintenance repairs in properties across the local area.
This will include plumb in sink/wash hand basin/bath/WC, all tiling, lock changes, all carpentry and joinery, kitchen & bathroom fit, maintenance of sanitary ware, patch plastering and decoration works.Requirements:

Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
Full tool set
Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
