This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile energy property transactions and provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of energy property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects
• Drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
• Conducting due diligence and managing transactions from inception to completion
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in the energy sector
• Collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 3 to 10 years of PQE in Energy or Infrastructure Real Estate law
• Strong knowledge of the energy sector and property law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
