Electrical Supervisor (Working Foreman)

The Electrical Supervisor Role:
Duties are mainly commercial and industrial installations and working with local developers in and around Oxford.
Typical work would be on listed buildings around Oxford University, office and lab refurbishments at Harwell Campus or working on new housing developments and schools within the County.
The right candidate will have strong people management skills and be able to manage and direct electricians, ensuring quality standards and compliance is met and liaise directly with clients and Site Managers.
Candidates must have:
* 18th edition.
* 2391 Testing and Inspecting or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
* At least 5 years' experience being a qualified electrician.
* Experience of managing relationships with Contractors and Operational Staff.
* Experience of running contracts circa £500k plus.
* Leadership skills to bring out the best in the team.
* Work well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Full driving licence.
* Must have served a recognised apprenticeship and have a working knowledge of the current IEE regulations.
