Mobile Maintenance Engineer

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider has arisen! We are currently recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with Mechanical or Electrical bias to work in the Bristol region.

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

You must have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

There is also plenty of overtime available!

Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 , Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

·Planned Preventative Maintenance of all plant

·Knowledge of general building services practices

·Strong Electrical/Mechanical building services knowledge

·Good working knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, emergency light testing

·Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld

·New installations, project work, fault inspection and testing of old lighting

·Fabric work and general Fabric repairs

About You as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer

·Qualified In a Mechanical or Electrical discipline with certificates.

·Plumbing/Mechanical/Electrical skills

·Experience with PPM's on commercial systems

·Steady and progressive work history

·Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
