We're hiring for a Maintenance Person to join a growing team, working across a range of residential properties including rental houses, HMOs, new builds, and apartments across the Stockport area.

This role will involve both reactive and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high standards are upheld across multiple properties. If you're a hands-on problem solver with experience in building maintenance, this could be the role for you.

What's on offer?

* £28,000 - £40,000 per year (d.o.e)

* Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

* Company vehicle provided + fuel paid

What will you be doing as a Maintenance Person?

* Carrying out general maintenance work across rental properties and HMOs

* Handling reactive repairs such as leaks, minor electrical work, and other urgent issues

* Performing ongoing maintenance, including decorating and general upkeep

* Assisting with new builds and apartment fit-outs

What do you need?

* Experience in property or building maintenance

* Previous handyman experience (desirable)

* A full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job
