The Role:

They are looking for a passionate and autonomous Practice Nurse (Band 7) to join their dynamic team. You'll be supported by an experienced management team, Care Navigation, and data teams, alongside collaborative clinical staff that includes GPs, Prescribing Paramedics, Pharmacists, and ANP. As part of their enhanced primary care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and contributing to their ongoing success.
