NPD Manager - Hampshire - £45-55k, dependnig on experience

Overview: Looking for a driven and experienced NPD Manager to join a market leading business with a global reputation.

The Candidate/Experience Required:

* Working knowledge and experience of UK food manufacturing

* Ideally you will have a Food Science related degree or equivalent.

* Proven examples of managing NPD projects from concept to launch.

* Ability to lead a team of technologists and work cross functionally within the wider business.

* A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude

The Role/Responsibilities:

* You will have responsibility of product launches beginning at concept all the way through to trials and launch.

* There will be an expectation to keep up to date with all the current trends within your category.

* Working closely with the customers you will gain an understanding of their expectations and ensure best processes are delivered.

* Successful deliver on concept, creation, and development, working cross functionally.
