The Role

Based at our clients brand new state of the art site in Greater Manchester, reporting into the Technical Manager, you will proactively prepare for all customer and external visits (announced and unannounced) by ensuring key aspects are reviewed in a team forum to ensure focus and action is taken. You will complete gap analysis of new codes of practice and implement the changes through procedures / risk assessments. You will work closely with internal auditors and drive down non-conformances. This will be achieved by spending a minimum of 70% time in the factory.

The person

You will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive and 'can do' attitude, be a team player along with strong leadership and communication skills, with a background in food production or Technical Compliance.
