Salary: £42,000 - £45,000

Shifts: Double Days

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Shift Manager to join our team in Thatcham, Berkshire. If you have a passion for excellence in manufacturing, team management, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support Line Leaders in achieving shift objectives.
Manage shift operations to ensure smooth production flow.
Conduct return-to-work interviews and manage employee relations.
Attend internal meetings, represent production insights, and coordinate with departments.
Uphold Health and Safety protocols and Hygiene Standards, including HACCP compliance.
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the team.
Ensure all Production KPIs are met to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience in production or manufacturing leadership.
