Day-to-day of the role:

Engage in full 360 recruitment processes
Manage and grow your desk as your own business
Deliver on our brand values across local and national marketplaces - with honest and open partnerships
Business development through B2B sales calls and marketing campaigns
Showcase entrepreneurial skills
Resource candidates using a range of tools, methods and databases
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills - both written & verbal
Resilient with a strong drive to succeed
Great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
Target driven - Financially motivated
Team player with a good sense of humour
