Your new companyAn international insurance company looking to hire a Financial & Consolidations Accountant. Your new roleYou will be responsible for:

• Preparing the accounting of complex transactions in the relevant ledgers
• IFRS 16 adjustments
• Monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
• Prepare statutory accounts
• Running consolidation process
• Prepare reconciliation packs
• Support the design of improvements to BAU processes and lead on implementation

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Experience to the insurance market or insurance clients in practice is essential. You will have experience with IFRS and UK GAAP. Exposure to consolidation is beneficial. The role would suit someone newly qualified in practice, looking to make their first move into the insurance industry.
