Our client, a distributor of specialist and high-quality equipment and services to the medical industry, are currently going through a rapid growth period and are recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join their growing and busy team. They currently have an opening for a full-time Service Support Administrator based from their offices in Quedgeley.
You will be responsible for supporting the team with processing of engineers reports & paperwork, customer quotations and logging customer faults. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer focused role and will be comfortable working as part of a team.
To be considered you must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Responsibilities:
-Data processing of pricing & sourcing requests
-Managing mailbox for supplier responses
-Booking in part deliveries
-Shipping parts to site for service jobs
-Follow up on exchange parts with suppliers
-Answer and assist with incoming calls
-Support the wider team with ay further duties as required
Candidate Attributes:
-Previous experience in customer focussed role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good level of IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications
-Strong attention to detail
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: Up to £26,000 + flexible working, private medical insurance, 25 days holidays + bank holidays and team and social events!
