A great opportunity has arisen for a Groundworker to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis and the salary will be £34,000 per annum. This will be covering the Havant area. The successful Groundworker will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Groundworker Duties:

Install, repair, and maintain various types of fencing, including timber, metal, and concrete.
Carry out groundwork tasks such as post-setting, paving, drainage repairs, and concreting.
Respond to maintenance requests, assessing and addressing fencing and groundwork issues efficiently.
The Successful Groundworker will be required to:

Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
