Northern Reactive Maintenance Ltd is a is a Leeds-based company specialising in responsive roofing repairs. As we continue to expand our contracts, we are looking for skilled Roofers and Labourers to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

We undertake all aspects of roofing works, including flat roofs, on domestic properties. Our work covers local authorities, housing associations, and private residences. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:-

• Carrying out general maintenance and roofing repairs
• Inspecting roofs to determine repair or replacement needs
• Installing, repairing, and replacing various roofing materials
• Working with a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Ensuring customer and tenant satisfaction
• Completing work to a high standard in line with health and safety regulations
• Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Adhering to company procedures and policies at all times

Skills/Experience:

We need reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in roofing maintenance and repairs
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid UK driving licence (preferred)
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations
