Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations for the UK ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Logistics, R&D, IT and HR to provide strategic insights and financial guidance to drive business decisions
• Manage financial performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
• Complete month and year end reporting for the US
• Complete Statutory accounts, Corporation Tax, VAT, Payroll, Audit
• Management accounting, information, analysis, variances, trends, business driver
• Profitability analysis - product, customer, ex R&D, operational efficiencies
• Modelling, Investment appraisals / DCF / spend control (including capex)
• Risk Management - business risk, insurance, internal controls, fraud
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a lead Finance position
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to influence and engage with senior leaders and stakeholders
• A proactive, hands-on approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
