We are offering a variety of shift patterns, including the option of full-time equivalent hours, in the London area paying between £21.82 - £30.60 per hour.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities Includes:

* Writing and updating care plans for patients

* Observe and record the condition of patients

* Providing pre- and post-operation care

* Carrying out routine investigations and care procedures, such as administering medication, injections, and intravenous infusions, and taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures

* Coordinate and manage care for their patients, while working closely with other health and social care professionals plus members of the care team

* Supervising junior staff

* Advocate on behalf of patients

* Set up drips and blood transfusions

* Providing advice and promoting good health

* Make ethical decisions related to consent and confidentiality.

* Providing information, emotional support and reassurance to patients and relatives.

Registered Nurse Role Requirements:

* NMC Registration 6 months

* Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting

* To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and Updated CV

* Right to work within the UK - Proof will be required.
