What You'll Do:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their goals.
• Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement Individual Education Plans.
• Create a safe and supportive environment where every student feels valued.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with a strong desire to support students with special needs.
• Experience working in an SEN environment is highly desirable.
